Onwarding (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates onwarding.com. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
What We Collect
Information you provide
When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address and role type (tech professional or coach). We store this in a private Google Sheet accessible only to the Onwarding team.
Analytics data
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymised data about how visitors use this site — pages visited, time on site, and referral source. This data contains no personally identifiable information and is used solely to improve the site.
We use Google’s Consent Mode v2. Analytics tracking is disabled by default and only activated if you explicitly click “Accept analytics” on the cookie banner. Closing the banner without accepting leaves analytics disabled.
Automatically collected data
Our hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare Pages) logs standard server-side request data including IP address, browser type, and country. This data is held by Cloudflare under their own privacy policy and is not accessible to us in identifiable form.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not use your email for any purpose other than Onwarding communications.
Cookies
We use one category of cookies:
Analytics cookies (optional) — Google Analytics sets cookies (_ga, _ga_*) to distinguish visitors and track sessions. These are only set if you accept analytics via the cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser cookies.
No cookies are set for advertising, remarketing, or cross-site tracking.
Data Retention
Waitlist email addresses are retained until you request deletion or until the platform launches and account creation supersedes the waitlist. Analytics data is retained for 14 months per Google Analytics default settings.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your data — email hello@onwarding.com with “Delete my data” in the subject line
- Withdraw analytics consent at any time by clearing browser cookies
If you are in the EU or UK, these rights are provided under GDPR and UK GDPR respectively.
